IMPORTANT: Other Needs That May Be Required!
Utilities: Electrical hook ups for 110v ($40) and 220v ($100, limited quantities) are available directly from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. When you arrive, please check in at the fair grounds office to obtain and pay for a power sticker. RV Camping hookups are available for $15 per night, also from the fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds office number is (563) 326-5338.
Hotel Rooms: The host hotel of the Celtic Highland Games is the Bettendorf, Iowa Holiday Inn, 909 MiddleRoad, Bettendorf. You'll find this Holiday Inn directly off the I-74 and Middle Road exit. For special hotel rates call 1-800-465-4329 or 1-563-355-4761 and use the code "3-Celt." Or go to

Shelter: Shelter from the elements must be provided by the vendor. A 30' X 30' space will be provided for tent set up. The tent, stakes, and ropes must fit within the 30' X 30' designated area. The exception is for food vendor's trailers, which are set up in a separate area. If your setup area is larger than 30' X 30' you must contact the vender chairperson, Diana Anderson. The Celtic Highland Games does not rent tents. The following local rental companies in the area are:

Tables ($10 each) will be available for rent from the GAMES at the fairgrounds. If possible, we ask that you reserve and pay for tables in advance. For questions in advance, please contact the Vendor Chair, Diana Anderson, or e-mail us at the infocelt e-mail address. For questions about tables on the day of set-up, ask a GAMES STAFF member to contact the Grounds Committee for you.

A copy of this completed and approved form must be submitted with your application to CHGQC. Please post a copy at your space the day of the games and retain a copy for your records. Note: Any application postmarked beyond July 1, 2005, will not be accepted.
