Celtic Festival and Highland Games, Quad Cities

Time: Check-in at 11:30 AM CST. First Tee-off at 1:00 PM CST.
Place: Highland Springs Golf Course, Rock Island

Player Limit: 30 teams of 4 - 120 people total
Kilt Rules: Kilts are not required, but encouraged
Entry Fee: $65
Fee includes:

Green fees, Cart, 1 hour free driving range, Entry to Hole in One, Longest Drive, Longest Putt and Cook Out.

To register mail the Entry Form and payment to P.O. Box 3201, Rock Island, IL 61204-3201 or bring to the Mint Green Boutique in the Village of East Davenport. Payment can be made by Check, Cash, Money order, Credit Card or PayPal ( link at bottom of page)

Coolers are not allowed. Alcohol must be purchased on the golf course.

Tournament Format:

Tournament will be played in 4-person Best Ball, Shotgun start
If you don't have a team, you will be placed randomly.
Mulligans available at tournament. $5 each. Limit 2 per player.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If golf tournament is canceled due to “severe acts of God (not rain)”, player will receive a full refund. If rained out, event
will take place on the Rain Date instead and no refunds will be issued.
2. Rain date TBD No refunds if player cannot make rain date.
3. If player cancels, 48-hour notice is required to receive 50% of entry fee. If there isn't a 48-hour notice, fee is
4. If player is a “no-show”, entry fee is non-refundable.
