NOTE:  This is the first and the original Celtic Themed Golf outing called the Kilted-T.  It is run by Celtic Cultures Alliance of the Quad-Cities, a 501(c)3 Organization, something we are very proud of as this means that your guaranteed the money raised will support Celtic Education.  Can you guarantee this from a privately run golf outing?

Currently, there is another Golf Outing using our name (Kilted-T) and our prior year's logo.  This fake Kilted-T Golf Outing does not have permission or rights to use Kilted T or the logo.  It is our strong believe that this is theft of our Intellectual Property Rights.  If you see our prior year's logo with Kilted-T information, you will know this is the unauthorized event and is NOT run by a 501(c)3 organization.  Look for one of the below images to know you are dealing with the true Kilted T Golf Outing and one that is run by a legitimate organization:

Since the individual continues to use our Golf Outing name and logo for his individual event, we have only a few avenues of recourse.  One is to let our loyal followers know of this sad situation.  Thank you for your support and our apologies to burden you with this tale.

What is a 501(c)3 Organization?  Please read  info from IRS
