At the Celtic Highland Games, You’ll Find 14 Hours Of Celtic Events . . . Rain Or Shine!

The Celtic Fest has a new name and location for 2010, but you'll find the same family-friendly fun you've come to enjoy since our first event in 1999. Join us down on the Davenport riverfront in Centennial Park for FREE daytime admission, and chances to:

Watch Scottish athletes throw the caber (it looks like a telephone pole), heavy weights and more! Hear Bagpipe bands as they march around the park See Highland Dancers compete for prizes Visit the Scottish Clan Tents and other displays of Celtic Heritage. (Find your family or just stop to chat!) Enjoy free workshops and learn a little something about Celtic music, dance, customs and more Shop (and eat) your way around Vendor Row Take part in family activities, kid's games and storytelling Tap your feet to Celtic music and dancing and try out sport combat.

Don’t forget to stay for the Ceilidh (party), featuring Highland Reign and Laura MacKenzie and the Lads!
Admission to the Ceildih is $5.
